Welcome to this wonderful apartment in Middle views in exclusive Higueron. This residence has a perfect location with walking distance (500 meters) down to the beach with several restaurants that are high on Tripadvisor’s list in Fuengirola such as – Kamana Beach, Los Marinos Jose, Mias’s Pizzorante, Cueva Carvajal, La Tabla del Rey and more . The train station is 350 meters down from the residence, perfect for those who want to take the train to Fuengirola (approx. 10 min), Malaga city, Malaga airport (approx. 25 min) or why not get off at the lovely shopping center Plaza major, wonderful place for those who like shopping. From the train station, you can take Higueron’s little blue free train that runs every half hour up to the Hilton hotel, where you will find Padel courts, a gym and a spa. Or you go further up to the grocery store Carrefour, where there are also cafes and a few restaurants. If you would rather lie by the pool, you have a lovely pool area to use which is also open all year round. If you would like to work out, there is a gym and then you can use the sauna. The apartment has an open, lovely floor plan where you enter a lovely kitchen with open spaces together with the common room where there is a dining table with room for 6 people and a sofa. Here you can open up the large sliding doors to the lovely terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast, a glass of sangria in the evening or why not just relax with a good book on the sofa. Further into the apartment you will find the three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have double beds while bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. The residence includes 2 garage spaces. Late check-in after 8 pm is subject to an extra fee. There is always a person who meets you at check in/out.
